When you tire of cruising the photos uploaded of you from 1985 on Facebook, you might consider Plinky. It's a great motivator to develop new content, you know, if you're into that kind of thing. Anyway, I ended up writing the following after a prompt but I didn't like how it fell into place within the Plinky structure, so I brought it the squirrel.

A woman learning English from her daughter. She spoke a gibberish version of English in frustration. Of all the things that hadn't (and haven't) occurred to me, the quick digression from her lesson reminded me of my size in the world. English, America, Florida, Tampa...became a far away place where people speak a funny language that was but a novelty to this woman.
