Mom's New Electra

My mom became the Coolest Kid on the Block this weekend with the acquisition of a new Electra Townie Bicycle. I have been checking these out for a while and although I couldn't justify owning two cruisers -- she was in the market for exactly this bike. It features Flat Foot Technology which is a gimmicky name for what essentially means you can put your feet on the ground and still be in the correct position to ride efficiently. Mom really only seems to be intersted in the seat...apparantly it is very comfortable. Now if we can only get Dad to get the Rat Fink...
